These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HomeSentral website and the home services we provide across Fort Worth and the surrounding area. "HomeSentral," "we," "us," and "our" refer to HomeSentral, a DBA of RC Ventures Holdings LLC. By using our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
HomeSentral coordinates home repairs, improvements, installations, maintenance, and related services, performed by our team and our network of vetted professionals. We help you request service, receive pricing, schedule work, and stay informed throughout your project.
2. Instant Estimates Are Not Binding Quotes
The estimate tool on our website provides a non-binding, ballpark figure based on standard pricing and the information you enter. It is for general guidance only and is not a contract, offer, or guaranteed price.
Estimates may be inaccurate for many reasons — including the details you provide, the actual conditions of your home, changes in pricing, technical errors, or unauthorized tampering with the website or its data. HomeSentral is not obligated to honor any price produced by the estimate tool.
We will always review your project and confirm final pricing with you before any work begins or any charge is made. Your final, agreed-upon quote — not the website estimate — is what governs your project.
3. Requests & Scheduling
When you submit a service request, you authorize us to contact you by phone, text, or email to discuss your project, confirm details, and schedule service. Submitting a request does not create a binding obligation to perform work until pricing and scheduling are mutually confirmed. We may decline or reschedule work at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
Confirmed pricing is provided before work begins. Some services carry a minimum charge. Additional work discovered during a project may change the price; we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding. Payment terms will be provided with your confirmed quote.
5. Membership
HomeSentral membership plans, where offered, are subject to their own plan terms (benefits, pricing, and billing), which we will provide before you enroll. Memberships may be changed or cancelled in accordance with those plan terms.
6. Calls & Text Messages
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from HomeSentral about your service requests, appointments, quotes, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. See our ContactPrivacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to have the authority to request work on the property, and to provide safe and reasonable access for service. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or tamper with our website, tools, or data.
8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and will work in good faith to make things right. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our services and website are provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim other warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeSentral is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
The HomeSentral name, logo, website, and content are owned by RC Ventures Holdings LLC (d/b/a HomeSentral) and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
